Membership Categories

The following categories can attend members' meetings and vote:

• Seven Day
• Five Day (Monday to Friday including Bank Holidays)
• Evergreen (75 years of age, 15 years as a member - No longer available except for those already in this category)
• Intermediate (aged 21 - 24 except full time students)

Also available are:

• Country (living 75 miles away or more - not eligible for competitions)
• Junior   (8 - 9), (10 - 11) and (12 - 17) *
• Intermediate (18 - 20)
• Social (spouses of members are automatically social members)

* Juniors with handicaps of 18 or less (boys), 40 or less (girls) may enter medals and certain other Club competitions unless other rules apply. Those with higher handicaps may not play at the weekends before 12 noon.

Use of the course by all members is available subject to tee reservations for Club Matches, Competitions, Society Bookings and any other event agreed by the Committee. All members are entitled to use the Clubhouse at all times when it is open, subject to the following restrictions:

• Juniors are not permitted in the Snooker Bar unless accompanied by an adult
• Under 18's may not purchase or consume alcoholic liquor, play the gaming machines or use the snooker tables unless playing with an adult
